We are looking for an experienced Supervisor / Manager to lead one of our festival catering operations during the 2026 summer season.
This is a temporary seasonal role covering festivals and events across June, July, and August, with potential for further opportunities later in the year for the right person, including possible winter events such as Winter Wonderland London.
This is a senior operational role with real responsibility. We are looking for somebody reliable, experienced, professional under pressure, and capable of managing both staff and operations in demanding festival environments.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a festival catering operation during live events, including event setup (build), live trading, and breakdown.
This includes:
- Managing catering staff during busy service periods
- Leading by example and maintaining professional standards
- Acting as the main point of contact for the team throughout events
- Dealing with operational problems as they arise
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards at all times
- Liaising with event organisers, inspectors, suppliers, and clients
- Supporting stock management, setup, service, and breakdown
- Driving company vehicles to and from events where required
- Ensuring the operation runs efficiently from build through to pack down
