Content Lead — Personal Brand & Social Content

Location: Milton Keynes (3 days/week in office, 2 remote) Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're looking for a Content Lead to take ownership of the ideas, content, and creative direction behind a fast-growing personal brand. This isn't a "manage the content calendar" job — we want someone who can generate the ideas, spot where culture and social trends are heading before everyone else does, and turn that into video and social content that actually moves the needle.

You'll work closely with the founder, effectively acting as their creative right hand — translating who they are, what they know, and how they think into content that grows their reach, authority, and influence across platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Generating a constant pipeline of content ideas across short-form video, long-form, and written social content
Spotting and applying social and cultural trends early, adapting them to fit the brand rather than chasing every trend blindly
Owning the creative direction for video content — concepts, hooks, formats, scripting support — end to end
Working directly with the founder to develop and sharpen their personal brand and voice across platforms
Reviewing performance data and using it to shape what gets made next, not just what looks good on paper
Briefing in and collaborating with videographers, editors, and other creatives as the content output scales
Staying genuinely plugged into what's happening on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn — not as a spectator, but as someone actively testing what works

What We're Looking For

A strong track record of creative ideation for social and video content — you can point to work you've conceived, not just executed
Experience growing or shaping a personal brand (yours, a founder's, a creator's, or a client's)
A genuine, current understanding of social trends and platform culture — you're in the feeds, not reading about them secondhand
Comfortable moving fast, generating a high volume of ideas, and killing the weak ones quickly
Strong communication skills — you'll be working directly with the founder and need to translate their voice and thinking into content
Self-starter energy. We want someone who brings ideas to the table, not someone waiting to be briefed
