We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in Northampton. In this role you will play a key part in developing pipeline, engaging SMBs, and driving revenue through a blend of outbound activity, strategic prospecting, and converting inbound leads. You’ll drive short sales cycles, conduct solution demos, and guide prospects toward seamless adoption of our platform.

We’re looking for someone passionate about technology sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with potential customers, and is motivated by measurable success. This is a hybrid role (3x/week in office) based at our office in Northampton.

Skills:

0-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or a related field.
Experience with high-volume, low-touch sales or lead generation is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects in short, value-driven conversations.
Comfortable with outbound email and phone outreach with a focus on quick responses and closing sales.
Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus. (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

What You Will Be Doing:

Manage and close inbound leads, moving prospects through a 0-45 day sales cycle.
Conduct discovery calls with solutions demos, understanding customer needs and positioning our solution as the best fit.
Drive urgency and close deals efficiently, handling objections and ensuring a seamless buying experience for SMB decision-makers.
Maintain a high deal volume, effectively managing a fast-moving pipeline and accurately track in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Answering calls and enquiries.
Qualify and book consultations into Mid-Market or Enterprise calendars as appropriate.
Attend exhibitions as required.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams, providing feedback to improve lead quality and ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
Follow up with prospects who have engaged with Sign In Solutions through trials, solution demos, or other inbound inquiries.
Send personalized emails and make brief phone calls to encourage prospects to purchase.
Ensure the timely and efficient transition of closed deals to the onboarding team for quick implementation.
Work closely with the manager to share insights, strategies, and feedback on sales performance.
Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
