Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team.
This role involves organising and implementing visual displays, ensuring product availability, and maintaining the overall presentation of retail spaces.

Responsibilities
- Organise and set up attractive product displays in accordance with brand guidelines and promotional plans
- Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed to ensure product availability
- Collaborate with store staff and management to optimise store layout and visual presentation
- Supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
Experience
- Prior supervising experience within a retail or merchandising environment is highly desirable but not required
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage projects effectively
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities
- Experience in merchandising, including product placement, visual displays, and stock management but not required
