Mind, Money & Business is a fast-growing coaching brand with a global reach. Founded by Mindy Paul, we've helped business owners generate over $100 million in revenue.

We work with driven, high-performing entrepreneurs, helping them scale their income through a powerful mix of business strategy, subconscious reprogramming, and manifestation. We run live virtual events, a weekly podcast, high-ticket mentorship programmes, and a growing social media presence.

The Role

We're looking for a Lead Generation Marketer to own the top of our funnel and keep it full. Every event, launch, and programme we run lives or dies on the quality and volume of leads coming in — that's your job. You'll build, run, and optimise the campaigns that turn cold audiences into booked calls, event registrations, and paying clients.

This isn't a "set it and forget it" ads role. You'll be testing offers, hooks, and funnels constantly, reading the numbers daily, and reacting fast when something isn't converting. You'll work closely with content, sales, and the wider marketing team, but the pipeline is yours to own.

Who This Is For

You're a performance-driven marketer who thinks in numbers: CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS
You've run paid campaigns that generated real, trackable pipeline — not just impressions and likes
You understand funnels end to end: ad → landing page → opt-in → nurture → booked call/sale
You're comfortable owning a budget and being accountable for what it returns
You move fast, test constantly, and don't wait for permission to kill an underperforming campaign

What You'll Be Doing

Planning, launching, and optimising paid lead generation campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Building and refining funnels for webinars, live virtual events, and high-ticket mentorship programmes
Writing and testing ad copy, hooks, and creative angles that convert cold traffic into leads
Building landing pages and opt-in flows, and continuously testing to improve conversion rates
Setting up and optimising email/SMS nurture sequences that move leads toward a booked call or sale
Tracking and reporting on CPL, CAC, show-up rates, and pipeline value, and using the data to drive decisions
Working with our sales team to make sure lead quality — not just quantity — keeps improving
Managing lead gen campaigns for live events and launches from first click through to sell-out
Spotting what's working in the market before everyone else does, and testing it here first

Requirements

Proven experience running paid lead generation campaigns, ideally in coaching, high-ticket, or info-product spaces
Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads, including audience building, retargeting, and creative testing
Experience building or briefing high-converting funnels and landing pages (e.g. ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Comfortable working with CRM and email/SMS automation tools to manage and nurture leads
Data-driven mindset: you can read a dashboard, spot what's underperforming, and know what to change
Self-directed and outcome-focused, with a track record of hitting or beating lead targets

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Milton Keynes MK1
