Section Leader
Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 06:00 - 18:00 (flexible to business needs)
Permanent Role
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO LEAD AND MANAGE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS!

Staffing Match is recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics and distribution company to find a Section Leader. This permanent role is vital for managing people and processes within key warehouse areas to ensure departmental KPIs are met and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities as a Section Leader:

Manage assigned warehouse processes including Despatch, Rework, Returns areas.
Ensure the right resources are deployed to meet performance targets and KPIs.
Promote and enforce safe working practices throughout the warehouse, taking action on any health and safety breaches.
Identify and resolve operational problems proactively to minimise disruption.
Foster a positive working environment through regular communication, feedback, and team engagement.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to support development.
Support the Section Manager with formal performance management, absence, and disciplinary processes.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for development and acting on them.
Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as required.
