About the Role

An ambitious and expanding care home group is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Marketing to lead and develop its marketing strategy across multiple care homes throughout England.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional who can drive brand awareness, increase occupancy levels, strengthen the group's market presence, and support business growth through strategic and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the group's overall marketing and brand strategy
Drive enquiries, admissions, and occupancy growth across all care homes
Lead digital marketing activities including website management, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns
Manage and enhance the group's brand identity and reputation
Develop local marketing initiatives to support individual care homes
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
Create and oversee marketing budgets and measure return on investment (ROI)
Work closely with Regional Managers, Home Managers, and the senior leadership team to support business objectives
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
Oversee content creation, public relations, advertising campaigns, and community engagement activities
Produce regular performance reports and marketing analytics for senior management

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager
Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and lead generation
Experience managing multi-site or multi-location marketing campaigns
Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data and performance metrics
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience managing marketing budgets and agency relationships
Healthcare, care home, hospitality, or service-sector experience would be highly advantageous
