The Role
We are looking for a Client Experience & Sales Coordinator who is equal parts warm host, confident closer, and clinical communicator.
This is a front-of-house role with serious commercial responsibility. You will be the first and last impression our clients have of Lumi SKN. You will manage the diary, handle enquiries, guide clients through treatment options, and proactively follow up leads to convert interest into bookings.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Experience
- Welcome clients to the clinic with professionalism and warmth
- Create a five-star experience from first contact to checkout
- Manage the clinic diary across all practitioners and treatment types
- Handle check-ins, post-treatment care guidance, and rebooking conversations
Sales & Conversion
- Handle inbound enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media DMs — and convert them into bookings
- Follow up on outstanding leads, consultation no-shows, and lapsed clients proactively
- Confidently explain treatments, pricing, and packages in a way that builds trust and drives decisions
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional treatments or upgrades based on the client's skin concerns
- Support promotional campaigns and help hit monthly booking targets
Lead Generation Support
- Assist with outreach to lapsed or dormant client lists
- Support the marketing team with any in-clinic content capture or client testimonials
- Keep client records accurate and up to date in our CRM
Clinic Operations
- Open and close the clinic
- Ensure front-of-house presentation is always immaculate
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure the day runs smoothly
- Handle retail product sales and transactions
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a sales, client-facing, or patient coordinator role (aesthetics, beauty, dental, optometry, private healthcare, luxury retail, or similar)
- Confident, proactive communicator — you don't wait for the phone to ring
- Natural ability to build rapport quickly and guide a client toward a decision without being pushy
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong with phones, email, and basic software (booking systems, CRM, WhatsApp)
Desirable
- Experience in an aesthetics or private medical clinic
- Familiarity with treatments such as injectables, laser, skin peels, or advanced facials
- Experience with CRM or clinic management software

Hours & Schedule
Full-time | Tuesday to Saturday
