Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Brow Expert to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will specialise in brow shaping, tinting, and grooming, providing personalised services to enhance clients' natural beauty. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in a professional environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships. The successful applicant will be passionate about beauty, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Duties

Perform customised brow shaping, waxing, threading, and tinting treatments tailored to individual client needs
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and advise on suitable brow styles and maintenance routines
Ensure all tools and workstations are hygienic, sterilised, and well-maintained before and after each appointment
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
Promote additional beauty services and retail products to clients where appropriate
Keep up-to-date with the latest brow trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous professional development
Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client queries professionally

Skills

Proven experience in makeup application, specialising in brow grooming and shaping techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of clearly explaining procedures and recommendations
Attention to detail with a keen eye for symmetry and aesthetics
Organised with the ability to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene
Passionate about beauty trends and committed to ongoing learning within the industry

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert brow styling. Candidates should be professional, personable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
