Responsibilities

Assist with the butchery and preparation of various meat products in accordance with company standards.
Support food production processes, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including tools and equipment.
Follow food safety regulations at all times, including proper handling, storage, and labelling of products.
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and stocktaking.
Support the culinary team with food preparation tasks as required, contributing to overall kitchen operations.
Ensure all products meet quality standards before packaging or presentation.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food production, culinary roles, or kitchen environments is ideal but unessential.
Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices is essential.
Experience working with food will be considered an advantage.
Good organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
