Full job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced personto join our team and help create a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with a wide-range of customers and possess knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing specialty coffees, taking orders and using a cash register, they will also have to maintain open communication with other staff members.

We operate Tuesday - Saturday and are closed on Sundays & Mondays.

Responsibilities:

Make drinks according to customers' tastes and preferences.
Know how to make all the drinks on the menu.
Answer customers' questions
Be able to provide recommendations to customers.
Listen and respond to customer's concerns.
Be able to multitask and perform several other duties at the same time.
Deliver drinks and food to the customers table.
Clearing tables is also a requirement of this position as is cleaning during and at end of shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
