- Prison Island – The only Prison Island in Ireland, featuring 31 interactive challenge cells inspired by The Crystal Maze.
- Axe Yard – Urban Axe Throwing reinvented, with five interactive digital lanes.
- Quiz Boxing – A TV-style quiz game show experience hosted across two immersive arenas.
- Think Box – 12 puzzle boxes packed with over 80 mind-bending challenges for escape room enthusiasts.

The Role
As a Customer Assistant, you’ll become an expert across all four activities.
One shift you could be coaching interactive axe throwing, the next hosting an exciting Quiz Boxing game, briefing teams before they tackle Prison Island, or helping guests conquer Think Box.
You’ll be responsible for creating memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive until they leave, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and checking in guests.
- Hosting and delivering our activities.
- Coaching guests and explaining games clearly.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout every visit.
- Creating a fun, energetic and inclusive atmosphere.
- Promoting our activities and encouraging repeat visits.
- Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Working closely with your teammates to deliver an incredible guest experience.
No previous experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
