Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual with strong digital marketing experience to join our growing businesses. This is a front‑line role that combines marketing responsibilities with high‑quality receptionist and administrative duties.

Primary Responsibilities – Digital Marketing

Managing and updating social media platforms daily
Creating, scheduling, and monitoring online advertisements across multiple platforms
Updating and improving existing websites
Working closely with web developers on the setup and completion of new websites
Supporting all other marketing and advertising activities as required

Secondary Responsibilities – Reception & Administration

Acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients
Handling incoming calls with a warm, professional telephone manner
General office administration and organisational tasks
Maintaining a tidy, efficient front‑of‑house environment

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
Confident working with website content and liaising with developers
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to multitask in a busy environment

This is a full‑time position (37.5 hours per week).
However, 30 hours may be considered for the right candidate depending on experience.

There is also potential for a seasonal role, ideal for pre‑graduates seeking hands‑on experience in digital marketing and office administration.

Pay: £24,784.00-£35,000.00 per year
