Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House and Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial duties, ensuring our premises are hygienic, organised, and presentable at all times. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and professionalism are highly valued. This is for our new second clinic in Lisburn initially times will be starting in the evenings and saturdays and building backwards as clinic grows. Ideally 2 or 3 evenings and a Saturday to start with. Also would be ideal if can be flexible on occasion to cover reception at our other clinic in dollingstown for sickness if ever required.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance as needed
Book appointments for patients through online diary system and taking phone calls etc.
Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and communal spaces
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored safely
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies
Assist with organising meeting rooms or event spaces when required
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Support other team members in ensuring the overall cleanliness and organisation of the premises

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or schedules as needed
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning services

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. We value professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude in our team members.

Pay: £13.00-£13.10 per hour
