Full job description

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Water Hygiene Technician to join our team. This role will involve working across a number of established client accounts, delivering water hygiene and compliance services to a high standard throughout Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

Flushing of infrequently used outlets and emergency showers
Temperature monitoring and recording
Shower descaling
Water sampling
TMV servicing
Cleaning and disinfection of domestic water systems
Completion of site records, reports, and compliance certificates using the company’s cloud-based management system

Location & Travel

The role is primarily based across the Greater Belfast and North Down areas, servicing a range of established client sites. Occasional travel to sites in County Armagh, the North East Coast, and other outlying areas may be required.

As this is a mobile role, applicants must be comfortable travelling between sites and managing their workload independently. A company van will be provided, and a full, clean driving licence is essential.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Experience as a Water Hygiene Technician, Water Hygiene Engineer, or in a similar role
A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work
The ability to self-manage workloads and demonstrate excellent time management skills
Strong IT skills and confidence using laptops, tablets, and cloud-based management systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
A full, clean driving licence
