Bingi's Kitchen Ltd is an established Indian restaurant and takeaway in East Belfast, offering dine-in services, takeaway collections, and online delivery through Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Takeaway and Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, maintain excellent customer service standards, and support the continued growth of the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, takeaway, and online delivery services.
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Recruit, train, and support employees.
- Prepare staff rotas and manage workforce scheduling.
- Monitor business performance and implement operational improvements.
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries and customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor and optimise online ordering platforms including Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Support business growth through operational planning and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management, supervisory, or senior hospitality role within a restaurant, takeaway, café, or food service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience managing staff, customer service, stock control, and daily operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent).
- Good understanding of hospitality operations and food safety requirements.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience managing both restaurant and takeaway operations.
- Experience using Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo platforms.
- Experience within Indian or South Asian food businesses.
- Knowledge of business development, marketing, and customer retention strategies.
