Full job description

We're on the lookout for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Asbestos Labourers.

Whether you already have experience in the asbestos industry, construction, demolition, or labouring—or you're looking to start a completely new career—we'd love to hear from you. If you've got a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you build a successful career in the asbestos industry.

No two days are the same. You'll work on a variety of projects across domestic, commercial, and industrial sites.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting our experienced asbestos removal operatives on site.
Setting up and dismantling work areas and safety enclosures.
Loading and unloading equipment and materials.
Maintaining clean, safe, and organised workspaces.
Assisting with the safe handling and disposal of asbestos-containing materials.
Following site procedures and health & safety regulations.
Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Who We're Looking For

Experienced asbestos operatives and labourers.
Construction and demolition workers looking for a new challenge.
Individuals seeking a long-term career in a specialist industry.
School leavers, career changers, or anyone keen to learn a new trade.

Essential

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential depending on experience).
Willingness to travel to different job sites.

Pay: £17.50-£20.00 per hour
