What you’ll be doing

Coordinating customer projects from order through to delivery
Managing timelines, milestones and progress updates
Turning customer requirements into clear production actions
Working closely with design, production, quality and logistics
Spotting delays early and helping resolve issues before they escalate
Running customer updates and internal progress reviews
Keeping documentation, order tracking and reporting accurate
Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams

What we’re looking for

Experience in manufacturing, production, supply chain or order management
Someone who loves organising, planning and keeping things moving
Confident communicator who can work with both customers and factory teams
Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
Calm, solutions‑focused and great with detail
Familiar with ERP or project management tools

What you’ll get

£31,000 salary
08:30–16:30, office‑based (nice, consistent hours)
