We’re looking for a Photography Post Production Supervisor who lives and breathes the craft, someone who understands that a great image doesn’t end at the shutter. In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our post-photography pipeline, owning every stage from retouching and colour correction through to digital asset management and final delivery. You’re as meticulous about a metadata field as you are about a skin tone, and you bring that same uncompromising eye to everything you touch.
This is a role for someone ready to own the full post-photography process, not just execute individual tasks. You’ll bring a genuine passion for photography in all its forms, a growing fluency in the latest generation of image-editing tools, and the drive to push the boundaries of what digital post-production can achieve. You’ll also bring a genuine curiosity about the moving image, with an interest in how film post-production is evolving alongside stills. Digitally Fluent- You’re a native in the digital imaging landscape. Photoshop is second nature to you, and you’re not just keeping pace with the latest image-editing technologies, you’re actively exploring and adopting them. You understand colour science, retouching methodology, and the nuances of preparing assets for a wide range of outputs.
Meticulously Detail-Oriented- You see what others miss. Whether it’s a stray pixel, an inconsistency in colour grade, or a metadata field left incomplete in the DAM, nothing escapes your attention. You hold yourself to high standards, because you understand that quality is everything.
Passionate About Photography- Photography isn’t just your job, it’s something you genuinely care about. You stay curious about the craft, follow the work of photographers and image-makers you admire, and bring that enthusiasm into everything you do. That passion shapes the quality of your eye and the quality of your output.
A Natural Co-ordinator- You make things happen. Balancing competing priorities, keeping workflows on track, and staying across multiple projects simultaneously is something you do naturally. You communicate clearly, plan ahead, and create calm where others might find chaos.
Creatively Curious- You’re interested in the wider world of image-making, including film and moving image post-production. You understand that the disciplines are converging, and you bring an openness to that evolution. You’re the kind of person who experiments with new tools, watches the tutorials, and always has an eye on what’s coming next.
How you make it all possible…
Develop into the primary point of contact between the post-photography function and wider creative, production, and client-facing stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed
Manage and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, maintaining metadata standards, taxonomy, file-naming conventions, and access controls to keep the asset library in excellent order
Develop, document, and continuously improve post-photography workflows and processes, identifying efficiencies without ever compromising creative output
Monitor and maintain the integrity of the asset library, ensuring all assets are properly catalogued, tagged, and accessible to the right teams at the right time
Advanced-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with strong working knowledge of the wider Adobe Creative Suite (Bridge, Camera Raw, Lightroom)
Experience working with and contributing to Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including familiarity with metadata schemas, taxonomy, and workflow management
Solid understanding of digital file formats, colour spaces (RGB, CMYK), resolution requirements, and asset delivery specifications
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects, and an interest in film and video post-production workflows

The role will be based primarily in Hartlebury, but there will be times when you’ll need to work from our other places and undertake other related commercial duties. Flexibility is key!
