Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable self-employed cleaning contractor to carry out professional cleaning services across different client locations.
This is a self-employed contractor role, so you must be able to work independently, manage your own time, and travel to jobs when required. Applicants must have at least 1 year of cleaning experience, a valid driving licence, and be able to bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. We can help provide some supplies when needed, but you should be prepared to attend jobs with your own basic cleaning products and tools.
The ideal person will be trustworthy, organised, and confident in delivering a high standard of cleaning for residential, commercial, Airbnb, and end of tenancy jobs.
Duties
Carry out cleaning tasks in homes, offices, Airbnb properties, and end of tenancy properties
Dust, vacuum, mop, wipe surfaces, clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned areas
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail on every job
Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment to jobs where required
Follow client instructions and job notes carefully
Travel to different client locations using your own transport
Work independently and manage your time well during each booking
Communicate professionally with clients and the company
Report any issues, delays, damage, or concerns as soon as possible
Follow health and safety standards while working
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience is required
Must have a valid UK driving licence
Must have reliable transport to travel between jobs
Must be able to bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Experience in domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, Airbnb cleaning, or end of tenancy cleaning is preferred
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
This role is suitable for experienced cleaners who want flexible self-employed work and are confident working across different client locations.
Pay: £12.21-£18.00 per hour
