We are looking for a Senior Program Delivery Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of complex strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution across multiple business functions. You are not simply managing timelines; you are shaping delivery strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring high-impact programs are executed successfully. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, bridge business and operational priorities, and drive accountability from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery Ownership:
Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Cross Functional Leadership:
Coordinate with operations, client services, business development, and leadership teams to maintain alignment and remove execution bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Management:
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate delivery updates, manage expectations, and proactively resolve risks.
Operational Excellence:
Develop scalable delivery frameworks, reporting systems, and performance tracking processes that improve operational efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Support and mentor project teams, foster accountability, and create a collaborative culture focused on measurable outcomes.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs, delivery milestones, budgets, and business objectives to ensure successful program outcomes and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
6+ years of experience in program delivery, operations, project management, or business transformation, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes in fast-paced business environments.
Operational Mindset:
Strong understanding of program governance, business operations, process improvement, and delivery management methodologies.
Communication:
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. You can explain priorities, risks, and delivery decisions with confidence and clarity.
Language Skills:
English (C1 or above) is required for internal collaboration, client communication, and business documentation.
Mindset:
You are highly organized, commercially aware, and execution-focused. You understand when to optimize for precision and when to move quickly to maintain momentum.
Pay: £5,800.00-£7,500.00 per month
