We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our Mental Health & Court of Protection team.

The Role

This is a key support role where you will work closely with our solicitors, helping to ensure cases progress efficiently while delivering an exceptional service to vulnerable clients and external professionals, combining strong administrative skills with empathy and attention to detail.

Key Focus of the Role

Inbox Management: Ownership of email flow, ensuring timely responses, escalation and organisation
Diary Management: Coordinating complex schedules, avoiding conflicts, and ensuring efficient planning
Filing & Organisation: Maintaining clear, structured, and compliant filing systems
Administrative Support: Enabling fee earners to operate efficiently through proactive support

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering excellent support in a sensitive legal environment.

You will:

Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when dealing with vulnerable clients
Work well independently and as part of a team
Be proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused

Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
