Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role involves sourcing and attracting top talent for various commercial positions, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and managing the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a solid understanding of human resources systems and social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional eager to develop their career within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Duties

Lead generation through various channels including social media management and networking
Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to manage candidate pipelines
Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements
Manage relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other CRM tools
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients
Stay updated on industry trends, labour market conditions, and best practices in human resources
Assist in the creation of compelling job advertisements across social media channels to attract suitable applicants

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation, social media management, or recruitment roles within a commercial setting
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates
Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or similar HRIS platforms
Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM tools for relationship management
Understanding of human resources processes and employment legislation in the UK
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Organised with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience using social media platforms for professional recruitment purposes is desirable
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
