Role: Bartender/Mixologist
Salary: Up to £13.00 ph
Are you a bartender/all rounder looking for a new and unique opportunity to grow your cocktail knowledge? We are looking for a Bartender dedicated to providing an exceptional fine dining experience to our guests to join our amazing team at The Nook on Five, Cheltenham’s first rooftop restaurant!
About us
Opening this autumn, our ethos is to serve fresh and innovative dishes whilst working with local suppliers to highlight their craft. We will be operating throughout the day, providing working Breakfasts, Lunches, Afternoon Tea and an A La Carte offering. We also have a Chef’s Table in the kitchen!

About you
Our ideal candidate has:
● Good communication skills, communicating well with management, fellow team members as well as customers.
● Good organisational skills
● Ability to work as part of a front of house team effectively.
● Can work well under pressure.
● Cocktail knowledge is desired but not essential.
● Barista experience would be desirable.
What you’ll be doing
● Supporting the team in the day-to-day production of the drinks offering and customer service.
● Making both classic & signature cocktails to a high standard. Making recommendations that compliment the food.
● Endeavouring to continually maintain & improve guest satisfaction.
● Proactively engage with our guests and suggest beverage offerings based on customers preferences and food choice.
