Overview
We have an exiting opportunity offering both full and part time positions within a growing business. We are seeking experienced, dedicated and skilled Plumber/General Maintenance professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance and must be qualified in plumbing. Gas safe registration is adventageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Conduct repairs using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all work meets safety standards.
- Assist with plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks and installing fixtures.
- Complete accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete larger projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Qualified in plumbing - essential.
- Proven knowledge with experience in maintenance roles.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to maintenance tasks.
- A valid clean driving licence is an essential for transporting materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
