Up to £35,000 basic DOE | OTE up to £39,800 + excellent benefits

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.

You’ll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities:

Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle service or repair
Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
Delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint
Following up to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business

What we’re looking for

Previous customer-facing experience (essential)
Experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards
