Self-Employed Improver/Mate Required – New Build Housing
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated self-employed Electrical Improver/Mate Required to join our growing team working on new build residential developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new build housing
- Valid CSCS card
- Own tools and transport
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- ECS card preferred but not essential
Duties Include:
- First fix and second fix installations
- Testing and fault finding
- Working to site programmes and deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
