You will be a registered health professional (RMN, Dip SW, Dip OT or equivalent) with:
- Significant experience in mental health practice and multi-disciplinary team working.
- Evidence of service development and leadership within a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, upholding the Trust’s values.
- The ability to mentor students, upholding all our codes of practice
Ensure safe, effective, person-centred care is delivered
Oversee caseload management and service delivery standards
Monitor clinical practice and ensure adherence to guidelines/policies Respond to incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns
Manage day-to-day running of the service
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and outcomes
Ensure efficient use of resources
Coordinate rotas, cover arrangements, and service capacity
