We are looking for a cleaner/caretaker for local developments in Norwich City centre. Work hours are between 8am and 5pm (Mon-Fri). Full or part time to suit right candidate.
Norwich Residential Maintenance is a local business providing Facilities Management Services to Residential Developments in Norwich.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaner/Caretaker to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to effectively clean the communal areas to blocks of flats. This position requires the ability to work well on own and with others.
Other caretaking tasks can be included depending on experience and training.
We are looking for the right candidate so if notice period is longer, we can wait.
Pay: £12.71-£13.30 per hour
