We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Three Rivers on a part-time permanent basis.
We are a progressive first opinion practice with excellent facilities including a CT scanner, and we accept local referrals for diagnostics and orthopaedic surgery. We are a friendly and busy practice, proud of the high standard of client and patient care we provide every day.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Working Pattern
- No weekends or out-of-hours requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Managing appointments and supporting diary coordination
- Dispensing medication in line with practice procedures
- Assisting Veterinary Surgeons and Registered Veterinary Nurses with administrative tasks
- Processing payments and carrying out financial transactions
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive client experience
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day practice operations
