The Role
We're looking for a Content Creator and Videographer to take the reins on our content across every platform we show up on. You'll be the person who turns ideas, training sessions, podcast recordings and behind-the-scenes moments into scroll-stopping content that builds our brand and drives leads.
This is a hands-on creative role. You'll be filming, editing, designing graphics, writing captions, planning content calendars and staying ahead of every trend that matters in our space.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating content across all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Threads
- Filming and editing video content for YouTube, including long-form videos, shorts and channel trailers
- Producing and editing our podcast, including audio clean-up, video versions, audiograms and promotional clips
- Editing reels, talking-head videos, B-roll footage and event highlights with strong pacing and on-brand styling
- Designing graphics, carousels, thumbnails and templates in Canva
- Keeping on top of trends, viral formats, audio and platform changes, and pitching ideas we can move on quickly
- Writing captions and hooks that match our brand voice
- Building and maintaining a content calendar across platforms
- Repurposing long-form content (trainings, podcasts, livestreams) into multiple short-form assets
- Capturing content at retreats, live events, strategy days and on-location shoots when needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience creating content for a brand, business or personal brand with measurable results
- Strong videography skills including filming, lighting and audio basics
- Confident editor across tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript or Final Cut
- Highly skilled in Canva for graphics and templates
- A strong eye for design, pacing and storytelling
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, current trends and what's performing right now
- Excellent written communication and a feel for tone of voice
- Self-starter who can take a rough idea and run with it
- Organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Reliable, fast-moving and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
- Experience editing podcasts
- Photography skills
- Experience working with coaches, consultants or online service providers
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and channel growth
