Vehicle Suspension Installer
AirRide in Norwich is looking for a Vehicle Suspension Installer to help expand our installation operations.
AirRide manufactures and installs air suspension solutions for vans, motorhomes, pickups and cars. The company has been established for 25 years and is now looking to grow its installation side with a combination of Norwich-based workshop installs and some mobile installs across Norfolk and Suffolk.
For the first 3 months, the role will be Norwich based during training and while the installation programme builds up.
The workshop side of the role will involve installing air suspension systems to motorhomes, vans, pickups and some cars at our Norwich premises.
Once training is completed, the role is expected to include a mobile element, carrying out installation of AirRide load support air suspension kits at customer homes, workplaces, or other agreed locations.
Load support installations are generally quick, repeatable jobs, typically taking 1 - 2 hours. Full training will be provided. In simple terms, the work often involves removing original bump stops and fitting heavy-duty air springs and brackets.
You will work closely with our Installations Manager, and our Lead Technician will be available should you have any technical queries.
Applicants must have a full UK driving licence.
