Anglian Demolition and Asbestos Limited, a premium asbestos removal contractor of choice, based in Attleborough, Norfolk, are currently looking to appoint an Asbestos Removals Supervisor to support our ongoing removal projects across East Anglia.
As an Asbestos Removals Supervisor, you will be required to support with the management of site teams, conduct site set up and ensure the management of safe abatement of asbestos-containing materials according to the method statement and scope of works.
Supervisors will assist the Asbestos Contract Manager to complete agreed works, safely, on time and to budget, according to all regulatory requirements and with all relevant documentation accurately completed.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience as a qualified Supervisor.
- Industry based asbestos qualifications ACAD/ARMI/ARCA/CSCS at Supervisor level, SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of current H+S and asbestos regulations.
- Qualification in BOHS P402 or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Good IT skills.
- Friendly, calm and professional manner.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
- Shows management & leadership qualities.
- Ability to develop relationships with clients & HSE.
- Work effectively as part of a team and as an individual.
- Demonstrate commitment to TNA and the development of team members.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to learn.
- Ability to handle pressure and excellent time-management skills.
- Effective communication with Contracts Managers.
- Site hours are 7:30 am -5:00pm, Monday-Friday
