Job Overview
We are a Norfolk-based farm seeking a full-time or part-time Farm Worker to join our expanding business.
The successful candidate will be conscientious and hard-working, with a good understanding of rearing game and previous relevant experience. You should have a strong eye for detail, be able to work independently, and also work well as part of a small team.
The job role would include but is not limited to:
- Day to day working on a rearing field
- Feeding, bitting, catching up, setting up, packing down & general repairs
- Fencing
- Hedging
- Tree work
- General tractor work
- Feeding & checking a small beef herd
Very attractive package offered to the right candidate to include basic pay with target-based bonuses. The candidate will require a clean Driving License.
