Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess excellent bartending skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers in a timely manner.
Engage with patrons, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Stay updated on drink recipes, trends, and new products in the industry to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality sector is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements.
A friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
