Web & Graphic Designer

Forcrete Ltd is a growing, family-run manufacturer of specialist surface coatings, supplying premium seamless floor and wall finishes throughout the UK and internationally.
We're looking for a creative, confident and motivated Web & Graphic Designer to join our close-knit team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of designing, building and managing our Shopify websites, while creating high-quality graphics and marketing content that help drive the growth of our brands.
Key Responsibilities Web Design & Website Management
- Design, build and maintain Shopify websites
- Create engaging landing pages and product pages
- Manage and update website content
- Improve website layout, user experience and functionality
- Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design brochures, marketing materials and advertisements
- Create graphics for websites, social media and digital campaigns
- Develop branding assets for new product launches
- Ensure all marketing maintains a consistent, premium appearance
- Assist with photography and video content where required
General Business Support
- Work closely with different departments across the business
- Communicate confidently with customers, suppliers and external partners when required
- Contribute new ideas to support the continued growth of the business
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
- Creative with a strong eye for design and detail
- Confident, outgoing and professional
- Passionate about web design and branding
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
Skills & Experience
Ideally you'll have experience with:
- Shopify website design and management
- Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Creating engaging website layouts and user experiences
- Website content management
- Social media content creation
- Photography or basic video editing
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflow and creativity
A portfolio showcasing your web design or graphic design work would be highly desirable.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
