Full job description

This iconic Golden Triangle pub has been acquired as the most recent of a dynamic, people-focused, and expanding small group of privately owned, quality-driven, food destination pubs.

Experience of such a fresh food operation ideally, however training will be given to right candidate

Work with a passionate team with fantastic local produce, in a positive environment- shifts can be flexible on days, and times, to fit a healthy work/life balance.

Supervisor/ Shift leader

Experience of such an operation ideally, and ownership of shift and team-- reporting directly to the Group General Manager. Development potential within the group would be rapid for the right individual.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS

▪ Manage dining and bars operations, along with BOH/cellar
▪ Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
▪ Manage, train, and develop the team
▪ Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to payroll ,setting correct work schedules

▪ Drive sales to maximise budgeted revenue
▪ Develop menus/ wine lists/ bars menus/cocktails with the team
