Full job description

As a Tenancy Progressor / Move Manager, you will play a key role in managing the journey from offer agreed through to move-in. You will act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and third-party providers, ensuring all aspects of the tenancy process are completed efficiently and compliantly.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a customer service, administration, sales progression, lettings, or property-related role (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A professional and personable approach when dealing with clients
The confidence to liaise with a variety of people and build strong working relationships
Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions
The ability to remain calm and effective when working to deadlines
A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
A positive, team-oriented attitude
A full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities

Managing tenancy applications from offer accepted through to completion
Coordinating references, Right to Rent checks and compliance requirements
Preparing tenancy agreements and supporting documentation
Liaising with tenants, landlords, guarantors and referencing providers
Chasing outstanding information and resolving any issues that may delay a move
Scheduling move-ins and ensuring all required documents are completed on time
Providing regular updates to all parties involved in the tenancy process
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Supporting the lettings team with general administration
Assisting with additional duties as required to support the business

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
