This is not just a job.

This is a sales role with the potential to earn anywhere from £80,000 to £250,000+++ a year if you are genuinely exceptional.

Our best adviser in 2025 generated over £1,500,000 in revenue from a home office in Norwich, doing this exact role. That adviser is me.

I'm now looking for someone hungry enough, coachable enough and commercially sharp enough to learn the process, take warm family protection leads, follow the system properly, and learn directly, 1 on 1 from me.

Every single person you speak to will already be aware of the company, highly engaged in speaking with us, and actively wanting to make an appointment to speak with you.

If you want a safe, quiet job where you can hide as an employee, this is not for you.

However, If you want to be trained directly, 1-on-1, by the current highest-performing life insurance sales person in the UK, work with warm inbound demand, and build a serious career in high-ticket family protection advice, then I will mold you into a six-figure earner before your next birthday.

You'll earn 30k a year guaranteed + 10-15% of every sale you make (average sale value is £3000)

Pay: £30,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
