Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Air Conditioning Installer F Gas Qualified and become a vital part of creating comfortable, efficient indoor environments! In this energetic role, you will lead the installation of air conditioning systems, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will help transform spaces by installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment, contributing to the comfort and well-being of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mechanical knowledge and leadership skills while working on diverse construction projects.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and connect air conditioning units according to schematics and technical specifications
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to optimize system performance
Repair HVAC equipment as needed, diagnosing problems efficiently and implementing effective solutions
Collaborate with team members and project managers to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely completion
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members or apprentices in installation techniques and safety procedures

Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC or related construction fields
Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for system installations
Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising or guiding team members during projects
Experience in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems
Background in construction or building trades is highly desirable
Strong understanding of safety standards related to HVAC installation and construction sites
