The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for delivering end to end recruitment across multiple sites within the group. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will drive consistent, high quality hiring practices, ensuring the business attracts and retains top talent aligned to organisational goals.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and experience recruiting across diverse functions and locations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end to end recruitment across multiple sites, from requisition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job briefs, and selection processes
- Deliver a mix of high volume and specialist recruitment as required
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience across all sites
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across different locations
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practice, market insights, and salary benchmarking
- Build strong relationships with site leadership teams to understand workforce plans
Workforce & Resource Planning
- Support workforce planning across the group, including forecasting and pipeline development
- Anticipate hiring needs across sites and implement proactive sourcing strategies
- Work with HR and leadership teams to align recruitment with business growth plans
Sourcing & Attraction
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill roles
- Promote employer brand consistently across all locations
Process & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with company policies
- Maintain accurate data within ATS systems and produce regular recruitment reports
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes across sites
Data & Reporting
- Track key recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance rates)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcome
- Report regularly to senior stakeholders on recruitment performance
Knowledge/Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (in house or agency)
Experience managing recruitment across multiple sites or regions
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to manage high volume recruitment alongside specialist roles
Experience with ATS systems and recruitment reporting
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
