What you’ll be doing

In this pivotal role, you will lead our commercial strategy, driving growth and innovation within the General Merchandise sector. You will report to Senior Commercial Manager – Travel and manage a dynamic team dedicated to achieving excellence. Your insights will shape our approach, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers while fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance market presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform decision-making.
Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

Proven experience in commercial management within retail or healthcare sectors.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for driving change and making a positive impact.

It would be great if you also have

Experience in product development and marketing strategies.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations.
A track record of successful project management.
