We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to support the South Nottinghamshire area. In this role, you will conduct complex assessments and provide tailored recommendations to help individuals achieve greater independence. You will work collaboratively within a multi-professional environment, ensuring that every person receives the support they need to thrive.
As an Occupational Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify individual needs.

Developing and implementing person-centred interventions.

Making recommendations for specialised equipment and adaptations to enhance independence.

Supporting individuals and their families in achieving meaningful goals.

Collaborating with colleagues and community partners to ensure effective service delivery.

Participating in safeguarding enquiries and discharge planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.

Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

For newly qualified OTs (Band A): Completion or willingness to undertake the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).

For experienced OTs (Band B): A minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in complex case management.
