Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full Time Employed Dog Groomer to join our high working team . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to a diverse range of canine clients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the grooming process. Responsibilities
- Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, clipping, and styling according to client specifications and breed standards To a high quality.
- Handle dogs safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort during grooming procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of grooming equipment and work area to uphold hygiene standards Including deep cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs and aftercare advice.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of grooming tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dog grooming or a related field; veterinary experience or animal care background is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of different dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing during grooming sessions.
- Compassionate attitude towards animals with a genuine interest in their wellbeing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From £25,380.00 per year
