Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, Judd Racing is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading motorcycle dealerships, representing six world-renowned motorcycle brands from a modern, state-of-the-art dealership in Nottingham.

The Role
You will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire buying journey, from their first enquiry through to motorcycle handover and ongoing ownership.
You'll receive a steady stream of sales leads each day and will be expected to convert enquiries into motorcycle sales whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Following up and converting sales enquiries
- Regularly keeping CRM system up to date
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Conducting showroom appointments and demonstrations
- Arranging and managing test rides
- Preparing finance quotations and purchase proposals
- Selling motorcycles, accessories and rider equipment
- Managing customer records and sales activity
- Supporting dealership events and ride-outs
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the ownership journey
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Full UK motorcycle licence
- Previous car or motorcycle sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for motorcycles
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Full UK car driving licence
- Experience within a franchised motorcycle dealership
- Knowledge of motorcycle finance products
- Experience using CRM systems
