As we continue to expand, we are looking to connect with a confident and creative Marketing Event Assistant who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast paced environments, and is passionate about beauty and brand promotion.

The Opportunity

As a Marketing Event Assistant, you will support the delivery of live beauty campaigns by helping create engaging and welcoming customer experiences at events and promotional venues. You will represent cosmetic brands through professional communication, product demonstrations, and positive customer interaction.

This is a hands on opportunity designed for someone who enjoys working face to face with customers while gaining real experience in event marketing, brand representation, and campaign support.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers at live events and promotional campaigns, delivering a confident and professional brand experience.
Support demonstrations and product showcases in an approachable and informative way.
Assist with event setup, campaign coordination, and maintaining an organised promotional space.
Communicate brand messaging clearly while helping customers discover products suited to their preferences.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to support campaign success and positive customer engagement.
Stay up to date with beauty trends, new product launches, and brand updates.

What We Are Looking For

A genuine interest in live marketing environments.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers face to face.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop through experience.
Someone who thrives in energetic, team focused environments.
High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
Previous experience in events, retail, beauty, or promotions is beneficial but not essential as training is provided.
