Are you an organised and enthusiastic administrator? We are looking for a Fostering Panels Administrator - Coordinator to lead a team of five dedicated colleagues. You will play a vital role in coordinating the administration of Fostering Panels, ensuring smooth operations across multiple councils. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the welfare of children and families in our community.

As the Fostering Panels Administrator - Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Team Coordination: Oversee the activities of five BSA3 colleagues, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Panel Management: Set up virtual panels using Microsoft Teams, send invites, and prepare necessary documentation.
Attendance Administration: Manage attendance records for panels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Output Recording: Record and distribute panel outputs, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Database Updates: Regularly update corporate databases to reflect the latest information and decisions.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Educational Background: GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent experience.
Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Data Management Skills: Ability to monitor, manage, and extract data efficiently using Microsoft tools.
