The primary purpose of the role is to support the Luxury Department to ensure the smooth running of the weekly designer auctions, including processing, photographing and deliver-ies. You will report directly to the Luxury & Designer Auction Supervisor, including consult-ing with other departmental managers and supporting clients.
To be successful in this role you will need to have willingness to learn the distinct designer wear products. The individual will have the ability to adapt to a changeable workload, whilst working in a pressurised environment.
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to notify the arrival of stock and the auction dates the items are assigned.
- Undertake detailed descriptions and photographing of the items for auction.
- Prepare items ready for delivery and support with the collection of goods.
- Consulting with internal stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate the smooth running of deliveries.
- Undertake administrative duties, including documenting auction data on Microsoft and handling customer enquiries via telephone, inbound web portal and emails.
- Maintaining transparent communication throughout.
- Appropriately communicate organisational information with both internal and external stakeholders through all communication channels, including email, telephone, and online chat box.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.00pm.
