What You'll Be Responsible For
You will be at the heart of the business, responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day operations.
- CQC compliance
- Developing and motivating a high-performing team.
- Driving revenue growth and business performance.
- Building relationships with leading consultants and specialists.
- Managing finances and key business metrics.
- Elevating our social media presence and PR.
- Creating exceptional patient experiences.
- Identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Supporting acquisitions and expansion.
- Helping define the strategic direction of the clinic.
