We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Behaviour Mentor to join our vibrant school community. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, staff, and families to foster positive behaviour, improve engagement, and promote emotional wellbeing.

Farnborough Spencer Academy

We received a “GOOD” grading in all areas, including behaviour and attendance, personal development, quality of education and leadership and management. This endorsement was a just reflection of all the hard work, effort and commitment shown by our Academy community over a number of years.
